SCT International ("SCT", "we" or "our") is committed to complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations (" Applicable Laws"). Applicable laws include, but are not limited to, the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("PDPO") and Regulation (EU) 2016/697 (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR") The Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China ("PIPL") and the Personal Information Protection Act of Singapore ("PDPA") To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to your valid consent as required by applicable law, your continued use of the SCT Software or SCT Products after being notified constitutes your consent to the Privacy Policy set forth herein. SCT may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Software and/or Products and customer comments, or changes in applicable law. When we revise this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy or to how we will use your personal information, we will post a prominent notice of such changes or give you direct notice before implementing them. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly to be informed of how we are collecting, using and protecting your data. This Privacy Policy may be translated into other languages for reference purposes. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the translated and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
1.Personal information we collect
From time to time, we may collect personal data or other information from you in order to provide our products or services to you. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to.
(a) Identifiable data. Such data includes, but is not limited to: name, address, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, identification information (type of identification number, region, date of birth, picture, ICCID order ID, language, etc.).
(b) Electronically identifiable data (e.g. IP address, cookies).
(c) Information about your use and interaction with SCT software, products and web pages (including computer, platform, device and connection information, client performance information, error reports, device features, bandwidth, page view statistics, browser type and usage statistics).
(d) Traffic data (data processed for the purpose of transmitting communications or billing).

(f) contact details, including contact name, telephone number, fax number or email address, etc.
You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data, but if you do not provide us with certain personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products and services you require. To enhance your customer experience, you may voluntarily provide us with further personal data such as your age, date of birth, gender, education, profession, salary range, hobbies, interests and leisure activities, other relevant products and services to which you have subscribed, family and household demographic data, etc. We will indicate on the relevant forms or applications whether the provision of the required personal data is voluntary.
In addition, your online session data may be collected indirectly in an aggregated and anonymous manner. Except as described below, SCT will not sell, rent, trade or transfer any personal and/or traffic data or communications content without your valid and express permission, unless SCT is obliged to do so by applicable law or by order of a competent authority.
SCT may disclose personal information in response to legal requirements, to exercise our legal rights or to defend against claims, to protect SCT interests, to combat fraud and to enforce our policies or to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.
SCT, SCT local partners or the operator or company facilitating your communications may provide personal data, communications content and/or traffic information to appropriate jurisdictions, law enforcement or government agencies that lawfully request such information. Subject to your valid and express consent, in order to provide you with the necessary services and security, SCT may provide your personal data to companies located in Hong Kong or outside the European Union to provide services to you, which may be suppliers or affiliated companies of SCT.
4. Security and retention of your personal information
SCT International will store your personal information for as long as you are our customer or after you have ceased to use our services, but only as necessary or as required by law, and will take appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect the personal data and traffic data provided to or collected by SCT International in strict compliance with applicable obligations and exceptions under relevant laws. Your personal data and traffic data will only be accessed by authorised employees or third parties and will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the original or directly related purpose for which it was collected, unless the personal data and traffic data is also retained to comply with any applicable legal or contractual obligations.
We are based as a data processor under the GDPR and are located outside the EU. In order to provide products or services to you, we require your approval to transfer certain of your personal data to our head office at.

SCT International may use automated scanning in instant messages to identify URL links that have previously been flagged as spam, fraud, or phishing, and may block, prevent delivery of, or remove links from such messages at SCT sole discretion.
5. Accessing or correcting data
You have the right to access your personal information and, where relevant, to correct it. Some of your information may be reviewed or edited online by simply logging into your account page on the SCT software or website. We will respond to requests to access, correct or delete your personal information within a reasonable period of time after we have confirmed your identity.
SCT International will use reasonable efforts to comply with requests to delete personal information unless required to do so by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access request in accordance with current law.
6. Access by telephone
When your telephone uses SCT, SCT International Limited may use the notification services of that telephone to keep you informed when you are not performing or using the SCT software. These services may be provided by third parties. For example, messages transmitted to Apple devices may use Apple's emergency notification service.
The notification service may receive information about the caller, the sender of the message and the content of the message in order to provide the service, and may use this information in accordance with the terms and conditions and privacy principles of the service provider.
