Fair Use Policy

We want all SCT subscribers to have access to the best data traffic packages at extremely competitive prices. This Fair Usage Policy is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of the data traffic packages by a small number of users.

Subject to compliance, the SCT data traffic package (the "Package") provides unlimited local data usage in the appropriate country.

Subject to the terms of use or this Fair Usage Policy, the SCT Data Traffic Package is for personal use only (personal or business communications, hereinafter referred to as "Legitimate Use"). "Non-technical use" includes, but is not limited to, the following.

Using the package for telemarketing or call centre operations

Reselling data traffic from a package.

User uses the subscription product by computer or any other means.

The use of SCT data traffic services for any commercial, business or business purposes is strictly prohibited.

It is unlawful, immoral or infringing (including infringement of intellectual property rights) to use the SCT Data Traffic Service without the SCT Data Traffic Service authorized.

SOUTH CHINA TELECOM(S) PTE.LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "SCT Club") may also make other determinations of lawful use. In making such determinations, SCT Club reserves the right to consider any non-technical, prohibited, abnormal or unusual behavior. SCT Club reserves the right to unilaterally terminate its relationship with you or immediately suspend your subscription if it determines that you are using the subscription in violation of this FUP or the Terms of Use, and SCT Club will provide you with reasonable notice of improper use prior to suspension or termination of your subscription.
